Our policy lasts 7 days from the day you receive your items. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will not offer refunds or exchange due to a change of mind.
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to discuss any issues you may have & we will work with you to resolve the matter quickly & efficiently.
