Refund & Returns Policy
In the event your products arrive & are deemed not to reach our high standards or you feel somethings not quite right…… We will work with you to resolve the issue. Whether it be replacement or refund. Because we are a small business we have the ability to track our quality and assure you we try our very best to deliver top notch product. In the odd event your delivery gets lost in the mail – we will work with you & our couriers to either locate or get a replacement to you asap. – Just so you know in 5 years only 3 parcels have ever been lost down the rabbit hole & that was during an extreme weather event haha!
To be approved for a refund we must be informed of the issue within a reasonable amount of time. We will require photo evidence of the product in question. This process allows us to learn from the issue and ensure it doesn’t happen again. You may find we ask questions to help determine causes, don’t take it personal – we have to don on our detective hats to ensure our lil business stays on top of quality assurance.
How will you be refunded
All refunds are given back in the same way you made the original purchase. Email confirmations are sent when a refund is settled. You can reach out to us anytime for updates we are more than hoppy to help.
In most cases it’s always best practice if we offer a refund or credit to use for your next order. Sending items back would take an awful long time – in bun or piggy hours & we don’t want your Smooshie Faces drooling all over your front door, thumping feet or gnawing your furniture whilst they wait for the postman to do a round trip.
