I wanted to update you all before you hear whispers 👂😆 Ive made a major decision to withdraw from supplying via wholesale to the majority of my retailers / organizations – with the exception of @theunusualpetvets clinics who have been with me since 2017. 

Over the years Ive been honored to supply product to sell for rescues such as @qldguineapigrefuge @blueyandalice @lostsoulsrabbitrefuge @gcgpr @twig_and_nibble

To be trusted and backed by these organisations has meant so much to me and been key to establishing the brand. Im so thankful. 😚😘🥰

Smooshie Face Treats is NOT closing down… im having to adjust operations to continue being able to provide for all the Smooshie Faces out there. 🐹🐰

Small business is a continuous juggling act and has been even more so through pandemic, we made it though the toughest times but the new normal has created new challenges to which we have to adapt. Shipping, produce, consumables have all increased – which i’m ok to pay to support other locals but that closes the gap on wholesale margins. Pulling back to our online roots will allow me to keep my commitment to supporting rescues, keep our suppliers so we can continue using top notch Aussie produce and maintaining prices fair for everyone. 

I know some of you will be disappointed not being able to pop into your favourite locations – this breaks my heart. This was the hardest part to making this difficult choice.

Being relieved of my wholesale duties will give me some spare time to bring back a lot of fun specialty products & explore with creativity which i know you all loved 🥰. For those who wish to order less often because of postage reasons stay tuned for subscription options coming soon. I’m committed to bringing you all value & fun. Always open to suggestions so reach out anytime. If i can make it happen i will 🙂
